It would be interesting to see the data on boomers voting intentions geographically. With Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic Canada having older populations, it would skew the data nationally. I believe most boomers, which I am, in AB and Sask would vote Conservative. @DavidColetto

Age continues to define the electoral divide. Among those aged 18 to 29, the parties are virtually tied. Among voters 30 to 44, the Conservatives lead the Liberals by 17 points, 48 to 31. That pattern continues among voters aged 45 to 59, with the Conservatives leading 46 to 36. Among Canadians aged 60 and over, the Liberals lead by 22 – 53 to 31.

Always fun to be invited back for the Boom 101.1 Real Country Annual Turkey Drive. Another successful day with 2211 turkeys donated or $44.200 raised which will go to the Brooks Food and the Adopt a Family program. Again, we live in a caring and generous community.

#GreyCup Weather looks good in Winnipeg for the game. In the 1991 Grey Cup. -17 °C (~−16 °C reported at kickoff). •The wind chill during that 1991 game reportedly made it feel like −35 °C by halftime. It was cold in Calgary in 1975 when it dipped to -15

As we get ready for the big game another Brooks native is playing in the Grey Cup. Former Brooks football player Ajou Ajou will be in the line up for the Roughriders. Mark Shantz from Brooks earned a Grey Cup ring with Edmonton in 2005. @CityofBrooks
