I still can't believe this happened. I have no words at all. Angry that someone can hit a kid then run off!!!! It's just heartbreaking for a child to lose their life like that. I feel for Keaton and his family so so much.

This could have been a more serious issue, I had a similar issue before and it was refunded without question. If an item is missing fine, but if an item is unedible it's not your concern... poor customer service from you both @McDonaldsUK @UberEats #CustomerService #disgusting

@UberEats I have just made an order through the @McDonaldsUK app,one item was missing two items were covered in egg shells. I phone the customer support and here there is nothing they can do about it apart from refund my missing item. And there is also no complaints procedure 1/2
