@LeaderHoyer Please don't include the ABC test and take five minutes to see how poorly AB5 fared in California. There's a much better way to do this. I know I'm not alone.

@LeaderHoyer I urge you to remove the ABC test that is part of the #PROAct. Yes to collective bargaining and workers' rights, but disallowing freelancers to contribute to the main business functions of their clients would kill a lot of small businesses and destroy our livelihoods.

I just announced at my weekly press conference that the House will consider the PRO Act the week of March 8, legislation that affirms workers’ right to organize and bargain collectively for better pay and benefits. I look forward to it passing with bipartisan support.

Every time I look at my calendar it stresses me out. Work appointments, home appointments, kids school. All these little blocks crowded and sitting on top of each other. Is there a zen calendar app that shares the same information, but doesn't make it feel like a disaster?
