@jcuene @vivront Knives are “sharp” when new. They can be restored after use. Kinda like going from bald car tires to treaded tires. Not indulgent as much as safer and more enjoyable. 👍 Many of us just put up with dull and don’t care for them because it’s a hassle of an errand. Not any more.
