Maybe the key is to focus on one at a time, do one thing at its fullest, then switch to the other. Work hard until you reach the point where you're financially free, and then shift to truly living. For me, "living" means traveling, experiencing, exploring, doing things I genuinely enjoy, and ideally, things that make a meaningful impact. And who knows, if I start with that second path (travel, in my case), it might even open new doors and opportunities along the way.

This is going to drive my concrete friends crazy! This woman hired cheap labor to pour her driveway.

People are still saying the same thing about "gay" kids. Things like, "prepubescent kids shouldn't have a sexual identity before a desire to have sex". Crazy things like that. Also things like "why do gay guys always have father's who don't show them love and mothers who over compensate" wahhh what a crazy coincidence. Definitely not mental illnesses though. Definitely not a coping mechanism of a specific personality type even though 90% of gays are a small section of personality type... Noooo... How could that ever make sense. It must be a gay gene.
