@ClareONeilMP @RizviAbul @andrewjgiles Currently, there are 3,096 applications (both primary and secondary) for Subclass 489, waiting for the grant since 2019.

The most affected subclass has been 489 which has now been discontinued.
The DHA has updated the processing times to up to 48 months, a major increase from only 8 months in 2019.

@iRAul2685 @andrewjgiles @SBSNews @ClareONeilMP After waiting for more than 3 years, 489 processing time has been increased again to 48 months & for 189 applicants its been reduced from 48 to 3 months. Why are we being penalised for the delays. Please show some consideration & clear 489 backlogs.
