Not posting much as I had the first real health scare of my life The problem is/was my diet: too much processed foods & sugary drinks was leading to issues etc, our modern food is just garbage Spent the last two weeks changing my diet to high protein and already have noticed positive benefits. Hunger under control, smaller portions/fewer meals, sleeping better, weight starting to come down with exercise etc, lost 8-10 lbs already It’s funny to me as general health is one of the few things $$ can’t buy if you don’t practice it. I ignored it my whole life and now I have to change My challenge now is how to manage while on the road as I’m flying to a client in NH today. One challenge at a time please My new breakfasts: eggs, bacon, cottage cheese, glass of whole milk As far as the market goes, stay long if you can, it’s a bull market you know $SPX $COMPQ
