@nextlevelbb ZERO SCREEN TIME 2-3 HOURS BEFORE GAMES/PRACTICE. I should say zero on game day. Staring up close at a screen can make the focus system “stuck” & fatigued. I am seeing a ton of accommodative spasm, which directly affects athletes' near-far (z-axis) quickness & depth perception.
