@DiaryofaSickGrl I used to. But by this point, I’ve generally got it figured out. Like: oh! This part hurts, that means this. Or oh! I can’t fucking breathe…pollen. And if my metal right ankle hurts the most, massive barometric pressure change. Shit weather is coming.

Anyone else with chronic illness(es) use multiple apps/websites to figure out why they feel the way they feel? 😂 Weather app, sleep app, air quality website, pollen count website…lol

@DiaryofaSickGrl I’ve been a patient at a clinic that uses synthetic ketamine for a bit over a year. It’s truly been a great experience for me. Brand name of the drug is Spravato.

I’ve always been (cautiously) curious about ketamine.

Trialing a Greek yogurt to try to fit more protein in my diet! Last time I trialed a yogurt (a long time ago) I failed it, so fingers crossed this one works out 🤞

I found out today I won William & Mary’s Alumni Association Fellowship Award. “the award represents a commitment by the Alumni Association to honor faculty whose classroom work has already achieved notoriety among students, colleagues & staff.” I’m truly stunned, because I believe our faculty are some of the best in the world. I am honored to be among them.

about a year ago I posted I had made good friends with a cop in AA & isn’t that great. I lost a lot of followers—even some I would’ve considered friends. well I just want to say he turned out to be really creepy. so it was all for nothing. I definitely learned a lesson.

Defending capitalism in 2026 isn’t analysis. It’s nostalgia dressed as economics. The system is decomposing, the only serious work left is designing what replaces it.
