@DJ_CURFEW @ZachChmael @clickup I am not yet happy with the ranking/sorting but on multiple occasions I've done a CU search, waiting 5s+ for results, hit my hotkey (Tampermonkey-injected search UI), typed my search term again, and found what I wanted through my search before CU returned.

@DJ_CURFEW @ZachChmael @clickup My current solution is a Sqlite-backed (R1) DB that I did an initial import of all our tickets/docs then keep up to date with webhooks. Then create a table for FTS using FTS5 to search the title/contents and additionally use last edit time for relevancy filtering.

@Apple I preorder at 5am PDT, you tell me it will be delivered on the 25th, ok that sucks but ok, I change the address to where I will be on the 25th. Later you tell me “actually it will be delivered on the 19th”. And I can’t change the address, I have to cancel my order. WTF

Hey @flexmls, it’s frustrating that using your site feels harder than actually buying a house. I've spent more time fighting the interface than finding homes. Please invest in your UX before your data advantage isn’t enough to keep people around.

@VoyageAI Your email verification system seems to not be working. Just signed up but I can't get into the account without email verification but the email never arrives. I checked Spam/All Mail, no dice. I'm getting other emails just fine, GSuite email

@AnthropicAI I'm unable to upload files to Claude. The file is 13MB of text and I get this error in my console: Error setting localStorage key “LSS-REMOVED:attachment”: QuotaExceededError: Failed to execute 'setItem' on 'Storage': Setting the value of REMOVED exceeded the quota.

@ynab Please add a way to save selections in "Selected Accounts". Due to your limited reports I often want to filter it to look at a just a subset of accounts on a view like "Net Worth" as it's the only way to track multiple accounts over time. But I want to switch groups easily

@clickup This bug is frankly unacceptable and has caused significant data loss and rework for us. When you paste/drag an image into the body it shows it right away but if you navigate away fast enough the image never uploads (even though it looks like it did).

@RewindAI Please, please, please offer a way to NOT pop the UI after a meeting. The focus-stealing is incredibly annoying. Also I had to disable calendar sync because I didn't want alerts about meetings but there was no way to turn off the alerts.

Yes I could write my own @ynab integration but it feels like you all should be able to match my scheduled transaction to the real one even if the price doesn't line up perfectly (Or give me a "fuzzy match" checkbox!). My paycheck/electric/water/etc fluctuate.

You have 1 job @PayPal, make it easy to switch my default CC for multiple services. If you fail again at this straightforward task (and revert 10's to subscriptions to my bank account) I'll just manage the subscriptions directly with these companies. Your website is horrible.

@AskBarclaysUS Your phone number gave me a canned message and hung up on me. As for your servers: updates do not require downtime if done properly. And if they do then you should be able to convey that info AND A TIMELINE to the end user via the app/web. Once again, incompetence.
