I’m almost 50 years old. I have voted for a Republican only twice- in order to boot a Squad member.
I did a write-in candidate once ever for president.
I’m registered independent.
Now I will basically vote for any candidate who has a “Make America Normal Again” message. If you support socialists, I’m not voting for you. If you’re friendly with Tucker Carlson, I’m not voting for you.
If I smell a whiff of Jew-hatred, I will donate to your opponent.
This is my new political philosophy.

@itsalljade I live here and saw the beautiful young women heading there. All I could think about was 10/7 and hoped to high heaven that nothing would befell these young folks. 10/7 will haunt me forever. It’s also changed me. Much much more a fervent Israel supporter.

I think it’s great that 250,000 people attended Coachella this year and didn’t have to worry about terrorists paragliding into the festival raping, murdering and kidnapping them.

El-Sayed gaining in the Mich Senate race is emblematic of the Dem Party at-large on Israel. There's really no divide on Israel with Dem voters. Dramatic shifts to basically uniformly negative. Israel's net favorable is -54 pts or worse with young, old, liberal & moderate Dems.

If she doesn’t take AIPAC money good for her there is no rules candidates have to take any PAC money. There are reasons to not take it from AIPAC, one being that they give to Republicans as well.

I used to identify as "progressive." Then, I shifted based on the online discourse to "pragmatic progressive." But again, the online discussion shifted, and then, I was simply a Democrat. Now I feel like the title "centrist" fits.
