I created tools for cancer research. Developed gene expression microarrays. Helped create viral delivery platforms. Labeled DNA with radiation. Programmed biorobotics systems. Now I plant seed, raise chickens, keep sheep, and tend bees. Turns out this is what I was looking for.

From distant raging Montana storm to Wyoming double rainbow in 21 seconds. No complaints. Just nature doing what it does. And of course the promise of freedom. That’s why we’re out here.

Got our first bees! Not going to lie, this was a questionable moment.

Apparently winter here doesn’t end. It just loosens its grip…one fence post at a time.

Moved the chicks out to the shop. They’ve adjusted immediately. The little one is already trying to fly.
