SIM card stops working, went to @StandardBankZA branch for the 3rd time to change number, biz account now red flagged due to 'security issue', call fraud dept - transfers me to somewhere, no explanation. It's 30mins later... #smallbusinessowner #ItsToughOutHere

@StandardBankZA I ended up going into the branch for the 3rd time, spoke to a consultant, was told it will be solved within 24hrs. I now can't do ANY transactions, some "security issue". On the phone with fraud dept as we speak, was transferred without any explanation and its been 30mins, so no.

Service @StandardBankZA is just as shitty as #CellC Unable to use my banking app/no OTP because after 3 visits to the bank they still can't figure out how to change my cell number.
