It was an incredible experience being surrounded by so many nursing colleagues, including my fellow scholars some of whom were part of the lamp procession 🙌🏻. Being in the abbey with inspirational leaders like Dame Ruth May, CNO Duncan Barton, and our national CNIO Helen Balsdon

Where do I begin? I feel extremely honoured to have been invited to @wabbey Westminster Abbey yesterday to commemorate Florence Nightingale and celebrate International Nurses Day, following the completion of my @FNightingaleF Leadership Scholarship.

Was truly special. We were also joined by Wes Streeting, and I managed to grab a sneaky selfie! It was such an honour to be part of something so special in such a beautiful setting, and to top it off, I got to spend more time with my FNF family. It’s a day I will never forget.

This wk 90 @FNightingaleF scholars of 2023/24 graduated inc. 10 global and 3 UK/global. incredible display of commitment & compassion to always improving. All CNOs sending their congrats! 🥳 thank you for always supporting. In the words of Dame Yvonne “reach for the ⭐️s”!
