Having a hard time getting Non Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC form 10) from @LucknowNagar for my mother (she was born in 1960 and the registration act came afterwards). So she gets neither birth certificate nor it’s non availability letter! @GopalJi_Tandon please help!

I decided that retirement was boring and have joined the Developer Division at Microsoft. To do what? Too many options to say! But it’ll make using Python better for sure (and not just on Windows :-). There’s lots of open source here. Watch this space.
