@airvistara has lost 2 of bags and is being completely irresponsible and unhelpful in tracing it back to me. They claim to be India’s best airways but when I ask them to connect me to Vistara Paris (where they say my bags are) they tell me they don’t have any phone number. HELP.

@airvistara 4 days and still no update? And you’ve self proclaimed that you’re India’s best airlines. Where is my bag? And when will I receive it?
