@__Damolar You add shared mailbox as additional user account but with credentials of primary user account. And change permissions to remove auto mapping (default) so that shared mailbox doesn't get automatically mounted by primary user.

Hey @Microsoft, instead of fucking around with Recall you could improve Outlook basics. I have full access and send as permission for shared mbox. Why is shared mailbox primary address not automatically listed in From dropdown? Why is there no autocomplete in this field?
