@marksandspencer have you stopped doing click and collect? I’m trying to order some M&S sheets but don’t want to pay £3.99 delivery, but no option to collect from store.

@qrsupport as well as offering one of the lowest hand luggage allowance, you have refused to increase it by 3kg to allow me to bring medical supplies with me - I booked via BA who don’t discriminate. Really terrible service and I’m now worried about what should be my holiday.

@bt_uk I’ve looked at the contact page & there’s nobody working - you’re right it is frustrating when you pay a lot of money @ there’s no tv on a bank holiday
@MandSBank really disappointed you’re stopping the free delivery with the club rewards. No point having extra drinks vouchers when there’s no cafes (or clothing stores) nearby. I’ll be cancelling the card.
@bandq_help I received a delivery of plant pots this morning and one was broken- the driver took it back. I have phoned customer service who said someone will contact me within 72 hours - I was hoping for a replacement tomorrow. Can this be escalated please.
@PaversShoes really disappointed to order shoes in April, be told the estimated dispatch date is 3/5 and I have just phoned and been told it’s now 8/7 so I won’t have them for my holiday in June! You shouldn’t take orders for items you have no chance of supplying.
@marksandspencer last week I asked about lack of Sparks offers. I was told you’d look into it. Since then no reply but others I know have had Sparks discounts. Is there a reason I don’t get them??
@ghd really terrible service. I ordered an item, Evri didn’t receive it so apparently another one was sent via Parcelforce but you can’t provide a tracking number or any details on when it will arrive.
