Really feel for @jackdoohan33 … he doesn’t (nor does any young driver) deserve to get taken out that abruptly. Let’s remember of his nine career @F1 races Colapinto’s last five resulted in zero points scored and three DNF’s.

The only explanation is that the FIA allowed drivers to finish their laps as they had passed Stroll’s stricken car already, ok fine.
But why not allow all cars on a flying lap to complete their lap?
