Confessions of a Drosophilist: If there’s an important cross with flies stuck in the food, I will fish them out, give them a water droplet bath, dry them with a Kimwipe, and put them in a new vial. Anyone else?

@Rob_Veline @jplayshooky Do you think Cy0 males have a normal song? They mate somehow. Also, usually the heroic rescue of stuck flies is for females when you only have a few in the cross. Males come relatively cheaply to the geneticist who misses a Virgin collection.
