I love grilling food. Grilling in Hawaii is just different though! So many great things to put on a grill and so many different flavors. Tonight is ono and mahi. Ono in a garlic/ginger marinade and mahi in a salt/pepper/garlic rub. Turned out awesome! (W/ an ono sunset!)
