How to lose fat and still eat what you love: 1. set a 200–300 cal daily deficit 2. hit 25–30g protein per meal 3. eat the foods you like, just track them 4. lift 3x MINIMUM weekly 5. walk daily, aim for 10K steps 6. give it 30 days before judging Can still eat snacks. Balance

9 weeks on Reta. Down ~22 pounds. That was the goal so going to start titrating down and I’ll be completely out by 12 weeks. Final thoughts as a Reta Guinea Pig: Never took more than 2.5mg/week Avg daily cal deficit was 500 I’ve tried long term caloric deficits “naturally”. This is a goddamn cheat code. Most lifts came down by ~15% I’m peeing constantly Zero desire to smoke cigs/drink alcohol I’m victim weight and idc This is a miracle drug and no one has any excuse for being fat anymore
