@Paytmcare I am heartily disheartened to see your services .. Issue is with my POS Machine which stopped working after upgradation.. atleast 7-8 times I called/ chat in past 1.5 month and still no response, only generating tickets worst services compare to others

@MukeshAmbanima after repeated complaints about jiofiber to jio custer care , twitter etc.. problem remains unsolved ,finally after 9 days got disconnected and opted Airtel fiber..you are loosing customers..

I supported Jio but Jio didn’t support me !! Today after 9 days of waiting, complained 7-8 times to customer care, twitter, mail,did everything but in vein. Finally, Today sent request for disconnection and got Airtel xtremfiber instantly..who cares ? @JioCare

@JioCare Hiii....my jio connection somehow started working after 10 days and today again after 3 days it stopped working ... Pls look into it and if problem can not be solved permanently then pls cut the connection and pls refund my security deposit..

@JioCare Ok..last time also I waited for 10 days to get my fiber back in working condition ...pls instruct them seriously bcz I doubt your JAIPUR jio fiber team is taking customers seriously...They only become serious after the customer is switched permanently to another network.
