As part of this acquisition, we’ll be bringing some of Arc browser’s “greatest hits” to Dia. Think: CMD-S to hide the sidebar (Focus Mode) and special integrations with GitHub, etc. What do you miss most from Arc that we should consider bringing over after the deal closes?

@joshm Personally, it’s the key thing helping me pull the trigger to migrate from Arc to Dia. So thank you, Adam! Migration support for my folders and tabs from Arc to Dia sidebar would be the cherry on top!

Context: I was skeptical that shipping an optional sidebar for Dia was worth it. Felt (and feels) like a distraction from our core roadmap. And basically Adam said: "I will do it on nights and weekends because I care so much" 💪

@joshm @arcinternet That was the biggest thing for me compared to chrome. I released myself from chrome after over a decade of not really considered how I was using it. Arc let me be intentional with the internet again

Hey @arcinternet members – need your help: How would you describe the value prop of Arc in 1 sentence? Please explain its value relative to Chrome <10 words! Will send winner a Browser Co hat! Context: get daily "hooked on Arc after THIRD try" messages. They mean as compliment but makes me sad and realize we can do better at hooking people around key value prop, instead of making them mess around three times before they figure it out on their own!

3 or 4 years ago, I was on a date at a farmers’ market and we paused at a booth selling pottery. There were really nice mugs, including this one, which I immediately took a liking to. The ceramicist was there and we chatted with her about her process and her favorite pieces etc
