News of the £10 pint appearing in London reminds me of a strange £1 a pint place that used to be on the Isle of Man. I remember going to a pub there in 1997 where you had to pay £1 to go through a turnstile into the pub, then all pints were £1. It was a strange pub, just as the Isle of Man was a strange place. Does anyone remember the place, or am I hallucinating?
