An assembly member has come under intense criticism after allegedly discovering two teenagers, a 13-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy, in a compromising situation and deciding to punish them.
According to reports, he took the two individuals to an uncompleted building and ordered them to engage in sex as a form of “punishment” for being in a relationship at their age. He reportedly produced a belt and threatened to beat them if they refused to comply.
A video of the incident is said to show the young man being coerced into the act while the assembly member and other unidentified individuals looked on. When contacted, the assembly member admitted his involvement in the incident but maintained that his actions were intended to discipline the pair for engaging in a relationship at what he described as a tender age.
