@zach_barnett They want to control the stadium schedules and the district. In a 7 team district, they control everything. Scheduling. Stadium alignment. etc.. If they let the teams fall where they may, they would be part of three districts and control none of them.

Naaman Forest gets opted up two classes. They naturally would have been 5A Division II. Tough break for them.. They would have probably done very well in 5A Division II around the teams that they would geographically be with.
