PRE-ALS my work outfits matched my jewelry & my shoes & my LV designer bags were the ultimate “you have arrived” accessory. POST-ALS as I was getting ready for bed last night I realized I had my leggings on backwards all day & I didn’t even care. #ALSsucks #nurown

@stevehaberstroh Steve, so sorry for your loss. This disease is beyond cruel. Robbing us of everything that’s precious in a short period of time. Amazing, your mom still fighting. Her decision is respectful, future generations of ALS patients may enjoy a better life due to her selflessness.

Mom passed away peacefully on Tuesday during her battle with #ALS. Her battle isn't over. She donated her brain and spinal cord to the Yale Center for Human Brain Discovery. Yale partners with other leading research hospitals, including MGH, who can access her tissue.

Of all the unpleasant and horrible things about #LIVINGwithALS, asking for and accepting help is very high on the list. It is humbling. Yet when received, I feel so blessed.

Tonight I have a question for you all: in one or two sentences how would you describe the disease of ALS. Good night moon.

#ALSAwarenessMonth. I noticedslight weakness in my left leg in late July. I had no idea of what laid in front of me. Chiro, physio, GP, X-rays, MRI, 2 EMG tests with a final dx DEC 22. While our community is making strides we have a long way to go. I just have to move forward.

Living and loving life with my beautiful family.

A new chapter in this ALS journey. My Radicava arrived today. Thanks to Innomar Strategies for making this happen. Excited for this journey to slow down. #notmytime
