@ATJ_AllThatJaz This. Are prices too high? Probably. But they aren’t actually WORSE than what they have been (was costing you way more than $50 to pull that headliner this year or last year). And auction house run by MT sites totally gatekeeps the best cards otherwise anyway.

MT sites have impacted game modes, price fixed cards and are illicit off-the-grid websites which almost certainly fund criminal activity. $50 is a lot of money yes, but this is the state of micro-transactions in video games as a whole. This is the best case scenario we'll see.

@DBGyt_ Doesn’t make any sense that injuries are even a part of a mode about playing with your favorite players. If you need consequence to playing on low stamina, should just be stats reducing in that game for playing guys below some threshold with graduated stat penalties down to zero

3 injuries in my last 3 halves of MyTeam. All leg injuries Minimum 2500 mt to heal them each time. Even with no contracts it's the injuries that make you lose MT each game

@ATJ_AllThatJaz And ACCESSIBLE to new players. Convinced a big thing driving people away this year has been basic rewards in offline modes locked behind superstar and HOF difficulty (combined with 5 different shot timings, easy to see how people not playing as regularly get frustrated).

A reminder of why these new daily challenges are good; - Everyone will have a Dark Matter squad min. in 10 days - Will engage new players - More new players = Easier matchmaking - Likely juiced meta lock-in for die-hards - Daily content for creators - Reason to log in daily 👍🏾

Nothing gatekept good cards more this year than MT sites setting the card floor at MILLIONS. We need to understand that MT sites set an unobtainable MT price for a card and then charge you to buy it making it look like a bargain. £35 for a guaranteed Invincible IS the solution.

@FirstrateBK @plloading @NBA2K_MyTEAM This is roughly 200 packs. At 1% odds (which is consistent with what they list) you’d have something like a 13% chance of NOT pulling a single DM. That’s hardly implausible. The issue is you, like most, don’t understand small probability.

@ItsShake4ndbake Except it’s so easy at this point to copy paste and make no real improvements. They still make money on it. Can copy all the same code year to year and let it sit. Until people actually stop playing there’s no incentive to do anything else

@IGN What? The game had 125 optional shrines and 4 main story divine beasts many of which had both combat and puzzle elements. How else would you define ‘dungeon’? And weapon degradation has nothing to do with any of that. This tweet makes no sense.

@ItsShake4ndbake That’s fair but not apples to apples. Launch week had people legit excited at 2k23. Lots of people loved the idea of trophy case early on. They really screwed up as the year went on, for lots of reasons, but we don’t know what MLB will be in 8 months.

@DBGyt_ @betweenthe3s And the gameplay fixes were supposed to lean towards hardcore players. They made shooting green or miss but also gave each player multiple release timings to memorize. Only the best of the best can keep up with that. Everyone else plays within 3ft of basket.

@betweenthe3s When content has been good it's been the best we've ever had! Just a case of the Trphy case burning people out or layups missed (moments, LBJ Record, St Patrick's day etc) being incredibly noticable! Gameplay is indefensible, nothing good about it and not tested by the right ppl

Content this year been good. It’s been INCREDIBLY inconsistent, but overall I think it’s been fine. The gameplay is horrendous. Disgustingly bad. So bad, that it makes any imperfection in the content stand out that much more, thus creating the worst MyTeam experience in YEARS.

2k23 is the worst 2k game ever created gameplay wise that the content doesn't even matter... And for those saying "you just can't play handle sim ball" What's "Sim Ball" about the only thing that matters being height unless you're in the top .1% of the playerbase who can 3 hunt

The auto buyers are 110% a floor set by 2K and not MT sites. MT sites have zero to gain by buying literally thousands on thousands of series 2 opals for 18K. I have other reasons to believe that too, but that alone should make it pretty obvious.
