Let's not forget that a week before Fort Worth, Amarillo police did the same thing to us.
We were violently assaulted by the LGBT for going in the public park (Sam Houston Park).
The police berated me, said yeah yeah he knew all the precedent, and didn't care. Put David Grisham in the back of a cop care and told us if we come back we'd be arrested.

That is legally inaccurate summary of First Amendment jurisprudence. The comment was made by from Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes and was merely an analogy. It is not illegal to yell "fire" in a crowded theater if there is a real fire or a reasonable belief in one
