@RamSanchez514 @Cory_Mose I mean it was built in the sense that she was the coach. Every program is built by some coach - doesn't mean they're a good coach or built to their potential. She didn't make Texas fans enthusiastic - Cat made Texas fans enthusiastic.

@jrt31169 @Cory_Mose Still missing the point.Sigh. She had great squads after the Cat era that made the WCWS, but yes, couldn’t get it done. Fine. The program was built w/her & she made it relevant. She made Texas fans enthusiastic about softball, it all leads to where it is now.

@jrt31169 @Cory_Mose Clark built this program from the ground up so that when a change was inevitably needed the next coach could build on the foundation she laid out with the Texas softball brand. Clark got Cat here, put Texas on the map. Don’t disrespect Connie Clark.
