Update @JetBlue: signage at the gate is impacted by the DST bug too and potentially other systems, since no JB staff have arrived at the gate. No one at the airport knows what time this flight actually departs.

@JetBlue I’m pretty sure there’s a DST-related bug in your app. This flight departs at 2:25pm CST, app shows 3:25pm. Mexico no longer adjusts for DST. You should fix and warn passengers immediately, or many will miss flights.

@Delta Hi Bob. That was amazingly fast. I have two issues. 1) I need to add my wife's middle name to a ticket we just booked. 2) My wife's SkyMiles account still shows her maiden name in some places, and her new married name elsewhere. Need to get that fixed.

@Delta I'm at the end of my rope here. It seems impossible to reach you. I want to do something that should be simple, but can't be done online. Live chat signs me out after 15m of "inactivity" and takes hours to reach someone. Phone wait is 2.5h. What am I supposed to do?

@Delta I actually did reach someone via live chat yesterday. And then they disappeared and completely stopped responding. I waited 30m. They knew what the problem was and never even fixed it. I can't stare at live chat for hours. I can't hold for hours. There's no callback option.

@ScottAdamsSays @Alicia_Smith19 Regeneron and Eli Lilly’s monoclonal antibody treatments are exclusively available to patients who are not hospitalized and are experiencing mild/moderate symptoms but are at risk of developing worse symptoms. Easy to get. Lots of supply. Low risk. Effective.

@ScottAdamsSays Regeneron and Eli Lilly’s antibody cocktails are both available to anyone with mild/moderate symptoms who are at risk of developing more severe symptoms. Not in short supply. Appear highly effective with no significant risks or side effects.
