What a team. These guys got me through the #norniron100 in a new PB of 31:31:22. They sacrificed their whole weekend to make sure I would reach the finish line. Thank you to everyone else that also helped. Too many to name.

@fdgreb It was good to share the trail with you. My first 100 miler and I had blister issues from about half way. Had to get them patched up in Dungiven. It was a slow painful walk in the dark to Dungiven. That's me in the blue jacket watching you speed away early on.

My second 100+ miler completed at the weekend. Not many races you get a 3 hour 45 minute pb but I went out quicker knowing it was going to hurt either way. Better foot managed helped and more optimistic pre race worked. 26:46 for 107 miles #ultra #norniron100 #100miler
