@js81tn @dilanesper Each interstate merge of stop and go traffic you have to cross all lanes for the next merge less than a mile ahead. Repeat at the next merge by switching to the other side. I think this happens three or four times in short order. (24 from one side of the city to the other)

Which is actually a perfectly good place to put sports arenas and stadiums.

Thats $162k/mo or $1,620/mo per tenant. You charge an additional $500/mo: $2,120/mo; that’s $50k/mo for any other expenses. Doable.
