I was in a gun store in one of the most liberal towns in Virginia the other day and the line was out the door Remember that the 2nd Amendment does not grant you the right to bear arms. It prevents the government from infringing on that right.

Politicians in Virginia are racing to pass an "assault weapons" ban that could take effect July 1st, and we're doing something about it. At Palmetto State Armory, we're not just building firearms, we're maximizing freedom. 🇺🇸

With all this fresh geopolitical shit, I'll be building a position in equities very slowly for the long-haul -- I wasnt planning on jumping in all at once or anything to begin with, but slow and steady for the portion of the portfolio I want in equities seems more prudent than ever keeping plenty of cash as well to be nimble in case a deep bear market shows up across any asset classes, including equities, and creates obvious opportunities When I was a young, poor peasant, it made sense to take big, calculated risks Nowadays diversification across asset classes, keeping plenty of cash and playing a balanced offense and defense makes more sense to me and for me The truth is, what anyone should do is not only dependent on markets themselves, but also the stage they are at in life... It's strange how the diversified, middle path is so seemingly anathema to normies these days First of all, I like to hold some cash in money markets at all times. I think it makes sense to be flexible. Yet some people have this fomo where every last dollar needs to EARNING EARNING EARNING at all times, and it leads to them staking their money in weird fixed income ponzus that sometimes fall apart, or high risk investments that crater and leave them with no cushion Or they are too paranoid to deploy into anything remotely risky with any of their money, and watch as their pile of only fiat and fixed income slowly becomes worthless as printers go brr Imo having a bit of everything, making some smart concentrated bets on conviction plays (regardless of asset class) and keeping some cushion is a nice way to approach things And that'll I'm sure be ignored and not blv'd by the masses many such cases etc From now on I doubt I'll talk any markets much; I just dont really find markets as interesting as I used to. Maybe that'll change someday, who knows For now, mainly focused on writing a novel and building business and shitposting of course

I’m old enough to remember when MTG cards were called worthless pieces of paper in the 2000s. Same story later with Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokémon. What changed is simple. The generation that grew up with them now has social influence. Collecting became identity for Gen Z and millennials. And recently even things like Labubu are opening the space to a female audience, whereas before it was mostly a nerdy male hobby. Collecting is mainstream. Collecting is identity. NFTs are part of this, but in a digital world that requires authenticity, interoperability, liquidity, and status across apps. I waited 30 years for paper cards. I can wait 15 years for digital cards.

$BTC dropped 50% from high to low. Did I sell the top? No. Did I hedge? No. But do I have a tactical pool of capital that’s ready to deploy into cyclical entries? Also no.

Since AI is getting better, could we get a remake of Game of Thrones season 8? Perhaps where the White Walkers win the battle at Winterfell and Jon and Daenerys retreat to Kings Landing. Then everyone puts their differences aside to make a final stand. However, they realize that brute force is not enough to defeat the Night King, so they resort to some of the ancient lore. In the prophecy, it is foretold that the "Prince That Was Promised" will be reborn to draw Lightbringer from the fire once more and lead the living against the darkness. In the lore, Azor Ahai had to plunge his sword into the heart of his wife, Nissa Nissa, to forge Lightbringer. So Jon stabs Daenerys in the heart (like in the show) but not because she goes mad and wants to kill everyone, but instead as a sacrifice to save others. So then Daenerys would die an honorable death rather than the one she got (and she does so willingly). Jon was forced to kill the woman he loved to save the realm from the dark reign of the White Walkers (just as in the prophecy). I really liked the show, but Season 8 always felt like it could have been so much better.

Without being able to see the future and without the benefit of hindsight to nail a perfect entry- you really can't go wrong buying spot ETH at these levels imo. We are at the lows of what is essentially a 5-year long consolidation range (which also happens to be monthly demand) and whether we go lower or not this 5 year consolidation will ultimately resolve to the upside imo. Could we go lower? Sure, it's possible. But any moves below this HTF range (if we get them) will be scooped up imo and are ultimately generational entries for what will be the next major expansion phase on ETH that will, imo, take us to 10k+. If you don't have the patience to wait and endure some potential drawdown if this zone doesn't hold, then this post isn't for you. If you think crypto is done for, and all time highs on majors like ETH will never be seen again, then this post isn't for you either. For everyone else, and most importantly for those who are actually bullish on ETH, you can't go wrong at these price levels imo.

In the books, it is not Arwen who gets Frodo to Rivendell. It is Glorfindel, one of the most powerful elves in Tolkien’s history. He once fought and killed a Balrog, and even the Nazgûl backed off when he showed up at the Ford.
