A bit skeptical on whether the brands they have built are sustainable over time Obviously Paul brothers brand is not going to last forever but is Prime brand going to hold a sustainable advantage over time just because of the marketing efforts of the early days driven by founders? At the end of the day, social media influencers are investing their image (basically their assets) in their own brands assuming this has a greater return -or at least more durable- than selling marketing campaigns (their opp cost) and reinvesting these over time Lets see how this ends

Agree con todo pero duda en la ultima parte. Si dependes solely on one model puede ser peligroso, pero you can always sit on a cheaper (Chinese) open source cuyas capabilities son practicamente las mismas que las que te da un OpenAI para la mayoria de casos de uso precarios. Imho esa parte estará commoditizada y no sera un problema para aquellos building on th orchestration layer - wdyt?

Los model wrappers está en una parte muy precaria del value chain, los márgenes no son lo que se veía en SaaS, el consumo de tokens es masivo, no tener tu propio modelo es muy peligroso

Había una época en el que sabías si un VC era paquetillo si su pregunta era “why wouldn’t Google just copy your product?” pero ahora volvemos a ese momento donde vuelve a ser real, donde cada AI start up debería ser cuestionada ante la posibilidad de que Google les asfixie

Me acaba de salir un reel de una tía con cara claramente de española hablando inglés perfecto. Resulta que era la nueva función de traducción de Meta – el original era en castellano. Sólo me he dado cuenta porque tenía un tono sin vidilla que no cuadraba. Mind blown🤯🤯
