Why do orgs struggle to consistently achieve results in knowledge management? Because we fail to adapt the type of KM approach to the values & work conditions of the orgs it is applied in. Integral #KM might be the answer:

@dbdegn @CinemaTweets1 Apart from the worst romantic dialogues since Attack of the Clones.
English

@CinemaTweets1 Sorry, no. Connery was best, and the only decent one Craig did was Casino Royale, which was one of the best Bond movies...
English

Daniel Craig is the best James Bond ever. Enough time has passed. Sean Connery is second, but don’t get too nostalgic: all of Craig’s Bond films were hits, some more than others, but Craig never made a bad Bond film. That includes Skyfall- the best James Bond film ever made.

@CinemaTweets1 Skyfall was an atrocity. Stupid script, a callous Bond, and unbearable villain, and the last third of the movie a ridiculous home alone plot. The only positives are the title song, the camera work, and Judy Dench. Worst Bond movie of them all, including Roger Moore’s duds.

@AnEriksenWife @Devon_Eriksen_ Hey, that’s amazing! Fans to the rescue! 😀. I don’t have a 3D-printer, but this model gives me a much better idea (especially since it’s author approved ☺️)! Thanks so much for sharing.

@jschunter @Devon_Eriksen_ A reader actually made a 3D printable White Cat, which Devon approves of!

My debut novel launches today. I've waited years for this.
I wrote Theft of Fire because it was what I wanted to read.
Not a recap of classic hard science fiction, but a love letter to it.
A story of a future full of broader possibilities rather than dystopian tyranny or post-apocalyptic despair.
A story of characters who fight to overcome their flaws rather than revel in Machiavellian conflict.
A story of how the future can be better than today, even if it's a struggle to get there.
A story where our essential humanity can be saved, and is worth fighting for, even for those who have moved beyond being strictly human.
A story about people I could believe in and understand and root for, instead of watching them gleefully live out their darkest impulses, or passively wait to be crushed by a hostile universe.
A story that gave readers something to love again.
It's been too long.

@AnEriksenWife @Devon_Eriksen_ That’s fair. For me, even a rough schematic scribbled on a napkin would do. Or some home-made CAD drawing by the ex-engineer? ;)
English

@jschunter @Devon_Eriksen_ We'd love that but commissioning art is kinda pricy :)
English

@Devon_Eriksen_ Just started it, it’s a great read and I love your writing style! But can you send an illustration of the Cat’s layout? Despite all the descriptions I have a hard time visualizing how this ship built out of pineapple slices actually looks like. A schematic would do wonders.

If you like scifi…
If you are sick of stories of dystopian whining and post-apocalyptic despair…
If you're wondering what the hell happened to the industry that gave us Neuromancer and The Mote in God's Eye and Dune…
Then I made you something nice

@HalberdierRadio @ecutruin @Strangeland_Elf No. I’ve created a comic series based on funny sayings of my kids. The dialogue is human and I described every frame, posture and face expression I wanted. Then AI did the rest. This takes conscientious effort and is very creative (and joyful) work. siasayscomics.com

English

@ecutruin @Strangeland_Elf This undervalues the effort, education, sometimes personal risk that photographers undergo to hone their craft. Understanding lighting, depth of field, equipment, posing, and environmental factors takes a tremendous amount of process, knowledge, and skill.
English

@PanictheRaptor @ecutruin @Strangeland_Elf Art is definitely not craft, and vice versa. You can do art without craft, and you can do craft that is not art.
English

@ecutruin @Strangeland_Elf Art is expression through effort. The word literally means "craft."
AI has no craft. Photographers do.

@CallMeOrion42 @DiscussingFilm @AP I thought the same. It’s genius actually, because it preserves the achievement of the actor behind the AI skin.
English

@DiscussingFilm @AP What is interesting is you can see Seth MacFarlane in there. Even though he is playing the part of President Clinton... in an AI skin of Clinton... it IS Seth McaFalane.
English

Seth MacFarlane says they used AI to make him look like Bill Clinton in ‘TED’ Season 2.
“It's an interesting example of how AI can be used as a tool... We tried prosthetics, we tried traditional CGI, everything else just looked terrifying”
