$PEN.AX clinging on like most #uranium stocks, but on the edge. The long-term technical picture looks bullish, but the bearish break of the 30 + 50 week MAs and the price action does not give me confidence in the short-medium term. Again, mixed signals, but vulnerable $PEN #U308

@jsimpkin32 @AndrewMackie_4 I would feel more confident about this move if it closes out august above 0.58. There is also a negative momentum divergence on the daily chart (momentum has peaked, price has not). So I’m cautious, and as you know I traded to the measured move a while back and exited.

@ElephantCapita2 @AndrewMackie_4 What made the 49c end of month hold important? Probably in the investment for the long haul so 12+. Mining permits will have a lot to do with price movements but always interested to hear your thoughts on the chart because you have nailed it almost every time

@jsimpkin32 @AndrewMackie_4 It depends on what your investment horizon is and what your thesis is. If you intend to hold over 12+ months, I really have no idea where it will be. I’d need to do a proper valuation on it etc. When it broke 58c in Feb, it opened up 30.5c, and it got very close (31.5).

@jsimpkin32 @AndrewMackie_4 It has some work ahead of it. The measured move on the way down was 0.305, and it missed by 0.01, as it made a low of 0.315. Hurdle now is an end of month close above 0.49. That would be constructive, but still well below 30 week MA at 0.60.

50,000 employees at Goldman across numerous countries and all dropping conflicting analyst reports without each other knowing and this one mattered for what reason other than people were looking for an excuse to sell. That's how bear markets roll.

@nicklang1969 @jsimpkin32 @AndrewMackie_4 Maybe 84-87c in this move before a break. It’s getting stretched, but the daily timeframe suggests that 84-87 is in scope (measured move from pivot low 7/8 Oct to pivot high 19 Oct). No guarantees of course.
