For the past two days, I've been screencapping every time I see a brand post the "Millennial PR Team vs GenZ Social Team" trend...I had to stop after 200. 🙄

I know social media managers are under constant pressure to get engagement rates up and report better numbers to their bosses.
But this is not doing a dang thing to help your brand.
It's just adding to the noise.
