@TLRailUK where's the driver for the 15:41 from Finsbury Park? Everyone advised to move over to platform 5, with 2 mins notice, parents with prams rushing up and down stairs. Bloody shambles and dangerous

@TLRailUK I understand these things can happen as a railway worker myself, but can you really tell me that a huge bulk of your staff are sick every single week along with annual leave? It’s the same services cancelled almost every day, and it’s been happening for months.

Seriously, @TLRailUK again, the 20:10 train cancelled. Always starts off well at the beginning of the week and as the week progresses, cancelled every day.
Can you please tell me what “plan” you have to axe these cancellations? Thank you.

@TLRailUK @LYDIA7183028494 The fact that you have so many cancellations due to lack of crew means it *is* a staffing issue, stop lying, it's been the same excuse since May 2018. Trotting out these tired excuses isn't helpful, it just antagonises your already frustrated customers. Better to say nothing.

@LYDIA7183028494 As explained, today wasn't down to a lack of crew in general, but sickness, as short notice, we didn't have the available resources to crew the train in time. We apologise, and can only advise that we do take on feedback of this kind to better learn for the future ^Scottie

@GNRailUK really?? After last night's shambles, the cancellations due to the lack of preparedness to start again this morning and now you can't even plan a roster for the advertised timetable. Fucking rediculous.

@TLRailUK are your trains ever on time, as planned? I think 9/10 trains are cancelled or severely delayed and I’m regularly left on my own late at night trying to get home. We pay £30+ return for the pleasure of this awful service.

Thank goodness for the car! Sorry @MayorofLondon but sometimes it’s the only way. Not much love for @TLRailUK in our house. Used the train for theatre on Thursday… standing room only at 10.30pm. More problems today, so car for @DUALIPA at Wembley.

@NorthHertsDC reviewing the changes to waste collection this year - appreciate making it more complicated. May I ask where the hell you expect us to store this huge array of bins? The existing setup already takes up half the road.
