People that desperately need the degree to mean something in the comments are hilarious. Did they not teach confirmation bias in college? Oh they did, how to use it haha ……..Maybe college is a stage in life for people, but it doesn’t mean you are accomplished. I think that is what people are realizing. Join the military and you learn all of the basic things you need in life while being proud and getting paid. College is just a stage. It is not a better life, just expensive.

Blessent was indicted on multiple counts of predatory criminal sexual assault of a child under 13. A second set of charges involving another victim followed ​This case isn’t just about the charges; it’s about the systematic abuse of power and the devastating impact on victims.  Blessent pleaded guilty to: Two counts of Predatory Criminal Sexual Assault of a Victim Under 13. One count of Grooming. Sentence: On the same day, Blessent was sentenced to 42 years on each of the two assault counts and 3 years on the grooming count, for a total of 87 years in prison (sentences run consecutively). Blessent must serve at least 85% of the sentence and will not be eligible for parole until 2095. Where is the data? Oh there is none. I do believe it is their choice. But I also have known kids who wanted to and had great genetics but not the right guidance. I’d say most of the D1 athletes were “molded”. The problem with much of this guidance is it is just opinions. Most of the time coming from people who failed. I’d rather have kids and parents work together to chase a dream even if those dreams change together. It’s. It about the kid, not about the parents, it’s about the family and the pursuit of this dream.

If you want to "raise a D1 athlete" here's what works: 1. Stop trying to raise a D1 athlete Support your kid. Let them play whatever they want to play. Drive them to practice But it's got to come from them. They've got to want it. You can't force it. 2. Have great genetics

Detective found videos on Varley’s phone, recorded earlier that day, with the boy lying on the bed with respiratory arrest but the defendant did not seek medical help. Varley is charged with: murder, manslaughter, two counts of assault by penetration, five counts of cruelty to a child, grievous bodily harm, sexual assault of a child, 13 counts of taking indecent photos or videos of a child, one of distributing an indecent photo of a child. A month before the child’s death, Varley told a social worker he wasn’t “bonding” with the child and was having “dark thoughts” about him, including thoughts of drowning or suffocating the baby. He said he would never act on them.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ They let him keep the baby anyway.
