Random target. No reason. Just pure evil for clout. The part where Joshua collides with the little girl on roller skates while running for his life, then actually pauses to check if she’s okay before they catch up and stab him… that’s heartbreaking. He was trying to get into a shop for safety and still showed basic human decency in his final moments. Theo Momodu (who admitted it), Taylar Isaac, and David Kerrigan all got life sentences. Good. But it doesn’t bring Joshua back, and it doesn’t fix the broken culture that turns kids into killers over gang nonsense. Senseless waste of life. Rest in peace to Joshua White. This kind of street garbage needs to stop.

She created the idea for a device called the "Alerting Earpiece." It is a small device shaped like an earring. The goal is to help people in dangerous situations. She got the idea because of high crime rates and gender-based violence in South Africa. She wanted to design something small, simple, and easy to use. The design includes a small camera, a GPS tracker, and an alert button. The idea is that the user can press a hidden button. The device would then take a photo of the attacker. It would also send the user's location to trusted contacts and emergency services. The device is still in development: The prototype has won awards (including bronze at the Eskom Expo) and international attention, but it’s not yet commercially available. 27-year-old Dahbia Benkired was jailed for life for sta**ing, vagi**lly and an**ly raping, 12-year-old French girl Lola Daviet with knives and scissors, partially severing her neck, then suffocating her to death with duct tape, and stuffing her into a suitcase. On 14 October 2022, Benkired lured Lola into her sister’s apartment in the Paris building where the girl’s parents worked as caretakers. Within a short time, the child was subjected to extreme violence, including s**ual assault and suffocation. Benkired then hid the body in a suitcase, which she left in the building courtyard. CCTV footage later captured her carrying the suitcase out of the building alone. Benkired was arrested hours later. During questioning, she gave inconsistent and incoherent explanations but showed no remorse. Psychiatric assessments confirmed she was sane and criminally responsible, though exhibiting traits of narcissism, manipulation, and antisocial behavior. In October 2025, the Paris Assize Court found Benkired guilty of m*rder, r**e with acts of tor**re and barbarity, and concealment of a corpse. Judges described the k**ling as one of “unimaginable cruelty.” Her sentence, permanent imprisonment, is the harshest possible in France and the first ever imposed on a woman.
