Thales Protocol is proud to announce that the THALES Tokenomics V2 have officially launched! Here are the biggest takeaways: New Protocol Rewards are live! Weekly stablecoin accumulations of trading fees and LP performance fees are now directly distributed to THALES token stakers. 🪙 AMM LP contracts have been ungated. With Tokenomics V2, anyone can permissionlessly deposit stablecoin collateral into AMM LP contracts of Thales Protocol. Now anyone can gain exposure to the performance of Thales trading products, which encourages higher TVL growth of ThalesAMM, SportsAMM, and ParlayAMM collateral pools. 🔓 Staking Rewards THALES token emissions have been reduced from 105,000 to 40,000 THALES per week (-62% decrease in weekly emissions). Out of this global amount, 20,000 THALES are distributed weekly to all stakers as regular base rewards and 20,000 are distributed as Gamified Staking rewards based on the amount of weekly Gamified Staking points leaderboard. Additionally, a fixed constant -0.5% weekly decrease is implemented for Staking Rewards emissions. ⚖️ Chain-agnostic THALES staking is now possible thanks to @chainlink's CCIP. To make a more fair and efficient staking system that drastically improves User Experience across all supported networks, Thales Protocol now leverages CCIP to make THALES staking completely chain-agnostic. Using CCIP, you always get the same rewards per THALES staked as every staker on any network - regardless of which network you’re using for staking.
