@Songbirdjana you don't need technical skills per se, just a bit of an explainer on how it's run differently. A bunch of guides have been written lately to get folks started. It seriously is worth the effort, I only check Twitter now for follows who haven't switched

I have a hard time imagining the permanent demise of Twitter so this isn’t a eulogy, but I do just want to say that you guys were an absolutely crucial part of me maintaining my sanity during what has proven to be an enormously tumultuous period in human history.

When hiring devs (in-house or outsourced), I look for these factors in order: 1. Over-communicative 2. Proactive 3. Cultural fit 4. Skills But if your devs aren’t the first two, you need new ones. You can’t have a great team without them. It progresses from team > individual.
