@Aviva what's happened to speaking to a real human? I don't want to talk to your chatbot or spend lots of time on the website.

@MollyBOfficial @MollyWattTalks Make an agreement with yourself on a small amount to do eg 5 mins cardio 2 weights and stretch stay at least for 20 mins. You might leave after that you might be in to it and stay longer. Either way you've done something.

@MollyWattTalks The only thing that helps me is that I have a personal trainer and outside the gym, she happens to be my best friend so by going to the gym, I also get to hang with my best friend for an hour! haha

Does anyone have any tips on how I can get to a place I genuinely enjoy the gym again? I’ve been going back and I’m just struggling to get to that place I feel comfortable and actually enjoy it 😩

@jacasiegel My somewhat elderly Dad who struggles a bit with sight loved his small hand torch. Another year I got him a magnifying glass with integrated lights. This year's practical gift is a new electric toothbrush - I go for small useful things to make his life a bit better.

@ShaunEls @OpenAI I don't think it's quite there, the text is very simple. Happy to share if anyone wants to play with it. 😀 I had an SEO consultant recommend that I standardize my featured images for uniformity and brand awareness, and I couldnt bring myself to recreate over 200 images manually

@HannahAlOthman Train experience does vary. But I can report that last Thursday I had a perfectly executed trip to Birmingham, then London and then home all on the same day allowing me to do two events in different places on the same day.

Had to cancel my evening plans because I wouldn’t get there until after 10pm. How many people won’t take the risk on gigs, sports matches etc. on a Friday night? Used to be able to reliably finish work in London on a Friday and be in Manchester for the weekend before 8pm.

I’m at Euston. The last train from London to Manchester left at 12 minutes past 5. The next one isn’t until 3 minutes to 7. The ones in between have been cancelled. On a Friday evening. This is not a functioning service.

@dahontr3 @BeeRowlatt @GC_Rail It's super stressful to be told when to travel. Anyway that's not the problem. I travel a lot by train. Pre pandemic it was (generally) fine. Post pandemic so many off peak journeys it has been crammed - weekday 9pm, Saturday morning. It's like they've reduced carriage numbers

@BeeRowlatt @GC_Rail Part of the issue though is people’s reluctance to be “told when to travel” and insisting on travelling at particular times, which results in expense and crowding. The limited size of many trainsets and staff deployment is also an issue. 12 coach trains seem to be a Kent thing.

York to KX on @GC_Rail - no seats anywhere, floors and corridors completely blocked & one of my kids is in the luggage rack. This trip cost £182.94

Only a truly exceptional local government data analyst can look at this map and, without flinching, tell us what 5 letter local authority is represented by the black dot (map made because once again I had to remind myself where it was)
