Trump just stood at his own resort and lied to House Republicans about mail-in ballots. Let's go through it. He said mail-in voting is corrupt and full of fraud. That's false. Courts have looked at this over and over and found no evidence of widespread fraud. None. He said he can end mail-in voting by executive order. That's false. The Constitution gives states the power to run elections. Not him. Any order like that gets struck down in court. He said only Democrats use mail-in ballots. That's false. Millions of Republicans vote by mail. He knows this because he told his own voters to do it in 2024. He said ending mail-in voting protects elections. That's false. It would cut off access for military families, veterans, elderly voters, and people with disabilities. He is not protecting your vote. He is at his own resort, being paid by your tax dollars, asking Congress to take your ballot away. That's what happened today.
