Played tennis last summer and popped it out while serving. Mind you this is after physio and all that. Waiting on surgery now since its my only optio

@DrJesseMorse @FIex2Hard @InjuryExpertz They never told me about stem cells, I live in canada so the public system is basically the only thing we got (private is like 20k) . I heard that labrum surgery is hard to get back to 100% but it seems like my only option is surgery for now.

@FIex2Hard @DrJesseMorse @InjuryExpertz Never got that luck always had to get it reduced at the hospital. Did you get surgery? Currently waiting for one but doc told me the waitlist is like 2 years long if I go public.
