@parkrunUK Gorgeous morning at Knockbracken Parkrun - 3 laps of the reservoir. Great welcome & volunteers.. such a shame they are being made to leave at the end of May but no doubt they w be supported by the Parkrun community in the next few weeks & will find an alternative location

I am not going to do it …. I did it Last week I said no by Thursday I changed my mind and decided to go for the 1000 mile mark for the end of the year.

Today marked my 100th day volunteering at parkrun and marked it with being RD for the day! What a team for getting the amazing cake and gift. (don’t we all go to parkrun for the cake?)

Parkrun is 100% reliant on volunteers, supporting their local community. Giving up their time so others can run. This man has volunteered 200 times - that’s 4 years worth of Saturdays. Queens parkrun wouldn’t be the same without our Eugene 👏👏👏
