@santanderukhelp Thanks so much for your speedy reply. I've called every day for the last 2 weeks and it takes an hour and a half to get through to someone each time. It's not the best start with Santander, especially with the high product purchase price. Feeling a bit helpless with no support.

@easyJet Feeling very annoyed. I have just waited 2 hours to speak to an advisor about a refund. Easyjet cancelled my flight one way, but wont refund me the return flight. My brother was given the refund, but because it was a different advisor they refused. Shocking service.
