@mayyourhope @Tesco They said they didn’t know anything about it at the store, I had to show them the messages from CS on messenger why they’d told me to go instore for the refund. They tried sending me back to online. It’s getting joke tbh as missing out on so much now

@Tesco can you please provide update as to when the 10% discount on Tesco pet food will start to be honoured for Clubcard plus holders? One of the reasons I signed up in December for CC+ was because of this and it has never worked yet.

@mayyourhope @Tesco Hi Martin. No, just that it’s still being looked at (first reported in December!). They tell me to take receipt to CS and get manual refund but the manager at mine humiliated me, making a scene saying I’m the only one complaining, nobody else has a problem etc.

@MartinSLewis Honeymoon over. Time to consider other cards. Can’t fault their service but there are other cashback deals available.
The Chase Debit card pays Zero interest and is capped at £15 cashback per month with a minimum £1500 to be paid in every month.

Chase customers... bad news. Its just announced its slashing its cashback offering. From the current 1% on most things worldwide. It will be 1% only on UK groceries, transport and fuel services from 7 April. This will lose its number 1 status as overseas spending card & cashback card.
Its not quite a ditch it, but its certainly a find alternatives. My team and I will work through what to do and do all the alternatives in next weeks MSE weekly email.
